BENGALURU: Nine people of a 12-member gang have been arrested by the Yelahanka New Town police on Sunday evening on charges of kidnapping three people who had taken money from the former on the pretext of getting them police constable jobs, while three others are still on run. According to police, the simultaneous kidnap of the three people was for ransom
